Orders once confirmed may not be cancelled or modified without prior written approval. Custom or special-order items are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on product availability and logistics.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by transportation issues, natural events, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk and ownership of goods pass to the buyer upon delivery.

6. Warranty & Liability

Products supplied are covered only under the manufacturer’s warranty, wherever applicable.

7. Returns & Replacements

Returns or replacement requests must be reported within [7/15] days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by the invoice.

Custom-made or used products are not eligible for return unless defective.
